SUBSTANCE: method involves frying and simultaneously grinding sunflower cake in pulsed pressure difference zone, with sunflower cake and fat medium ratio being within the range of (1:0.5) - (1: 2), for 10-20 s till dispersity extent of ready product is 95-98%. Fat medium is confectionery fat used in an amount of up to 10 wt % or coconut oil used in an amount of up to 5 wt %. Produced nutlike mass has adequate plasticity and homogeneity, is resistant to oxidation at prolonged storage.
