SUBSTANCE: food fatty composition contains fatty base and functional component represented with triterpene-containing component with triterpene content providing triterpene and fatty component ratio by wt %: triterpene - 0.01-3.5, fatty component - 96.5-99.9. Triterpene-containing component can be betulin and/or silver bark extract and/or polypore powder. Method of composition production is offered as well.
EFFECT: production of low-component composition for functional feeding without specific odour and taste, possessing wide range of preventive properties; providing prolonged shelf life of composition.
