FIELD: medicine, particularly, bandaging materials with long-term therapeutic effect; applicable, for instance, in surgery for treatment of burns and wounds of various etiology. SUBSTANCE: bandaging material with long-term therapeutic effect presents multilayer bandage containing atraumatic layer, sorption layer and medicinal layer located between atraumatic and sorption layers and made of circular knitted cloth with complex of biocompatible polymers and medicinal preparations applied to said cloth. Medicinal layer is made with through vertical channels with diameter ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 mm. Said channels are uniformly spaced over entire surface of medicinal layer. Total area of channel openings amounts from 5 to 20% of total area of medicinal layer.
