FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied in treating wounds, burns, ulcers, bedsores, treating pustulous and trophic lesions of skin and subcutaneous fiber, frostbites, and, also, for the first aid at prolonged curative action. Curative bandage material of prolonged action is of improved exploitation properties, accelerates healing processes and shortens therapy terms due to developing multiplicity of epithelization centers as it contains textile material with hydrophilic properties as mobile structure with applied on, at least, one side the complex of medicinal preparation and biocompatible biodegradable polymer. Moreover, medicinal preparation is normally heterogeneously spread in polymer along textile material due to geometric geterogeneity of polymer layer with immobilized medicinal preparation and/or uneven distribution of medicinal preparation in polymer. It is, also, possible to obtain curative material at the possibility of simultaneous action of unmixed medicinal preparations of antimicrobial, locally anesthetizing, hemostatic, antioxidant and other curative actions.
