FIELD: medicinal technique. SUBSTANCE: dressing for treating burns and various-origin injuries as well as for protecting traumatized tissues contains atraumatic injury-facing therapeutic layer of circularly knitted cloth coated with a complex of biocompatible polymers and drugs and also includes wetting means in the form of 0.5-2-cu.cm capsules with water or physiologic solution placed on therapeutic layer and incorporated by the latter into common shell. Capsule is destroyed when dressing is unwrapped. Capsules are uniformly distributed alcohol over the area of therapeutic layer on the basis of 1 capsule per 25-50 sq.cm of therapeutic layer area. Dressing can increase reliability and ease in use of dressing material, especially when used under extremal conditions.
