FIELD: printing arts, applicable for prevention of damages, for example, wear and cracking of the endless printing-out tape due to prevention of application of excessive rotating force on it when rotation of the endless printing-out tape is limited, and for prevention of a high load on the endless printing-out tape by means of idle rotation of the selector wheel, when the endless printing-out tape is turned by force. SUBSTANCE: use is made of a movable member for limiting the turn of the selector wheel, and the movable locking member moves, when an excessively high force acts upon the selector wheel or on the endless printing-out tape. Provision is made for a locking support being in touch with the flexible section of the locking member. Engagement of the drive lobes with the flexible section in accordance with the displacement of the endless printing- out tape results in displacement of the locking member. EFFECT: prevented wear, cracking and damages of the printing-out tape, as well as prevented folding of the heavy faces type on this tape. 15 cl, 14 dwg
