FIELD: command and measuring units of space rocket complexes; monitoring and control of objects located in radio-tight volume at launch position. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, exchange of radio traffic of telemetry radio signals and commands between on-board telecommand system and ground command and measuring station. To this end, electromagnetic field of telemetry signals is excited by on-board antenna of spacecraft in cavity between spacecraft and head fairing of launch vehicle. This field is either re-emitted through radioparent port in fairing in way of ground antenna station (with servicing unit brought aside) or relayed through metalwork of servicing unit brought in place. Command radio signals from ground station are emitted similarly and are relayed in way of spacecraft exciting electromagnetic field of command radio signals in above-mentioned cavity and receiving it by on-board antenna of spacecraft. Signal exchange traffic is effected in duplex mode dividing telemetry radio signals and commands by frequency and/or orthogonal polarization. Sizes of rectangular radioparent port exceed several lengths of waves of working range; position of this port corresponds to positions of on-board antenna of spacecraft and antenna station.
