FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet 20 consisting of packing blanks 26 arranged one after the other and device for opening and closing of packing blanks. Sheet has longitudinal first and second edges and first wall 21 a located opposite to second wall 21b. Cross slots 27 are arranged between side bridges of packing blanks. Each wall along indicated second edge is provided with support member which directs extreme section of wall in process of movement of sheet with support to mechanical holder. Longitudinal slot 29a is made in wall 21a, 21b of each packing blank. Slot 29a in first wall comes from slot 27 at one side bridge of packing blank, and slot in second wall comes from slot at second side bridge of packing blank. Proposed device has mechanical holders arranged at a distance from each other in part of device where packing blanks are transferred in open state and arranged close to each other in part of device where packing blanks are transferred in closed state. Guide members 35a, 35b, 36a, 36b shift edge sections 24a, 24b of sheet 20 relative to each other at opening or closing of packing blanks.
