FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: desired are vitamin D analogs of formula wherein Q is C₁-C₈ hydrocarbylene biradical, R is C₁-C₆ hydrocarbide. Hydrocarbide (hydrocarbylene) is radical (biradical) resulting from removing 1(2) hydrogen atoms from unbranched, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon or in which two R groups taken together with carbon atom carrying hydroxyl group form C₃-C₈ carbocyclic ring. Also described is method of preparing thereof and also are methods of preparing thereof and method of preparing intermediate products. Compounds have immunomodulating and antiflammatory effect and also show high activity in inducing differentiation and inhibition undesirable proliferation of cell including skin cells and cancer cells.
