FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam-turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steam-turbine plant with large number of pressure stages arranged on common shaft of turbine. According to invention, condenser 10 is arranged axially along shaft of turbine 6 at withdrawal side in steam-turbine plant 1 with large number of pressure stages 4a, 4b mounted on common shaft of turbine 6. Feed water heater 14 is of modular design. Feed water heater 14 has large number of heat exchange modules 20, 22 heated by extracted steam (AN, AH) from one or each pressure stages 4a, 4b and arranged in common housing 24. heat exchange modules are connected at steam extraction side in parallel to each other, and at feed water side, in series to each other. Bus 38 for condensed steam extraction (AK) being common for heat exchange module 20, 22 is located in housing 24. EFFECT: compact design, facilitated mounting of steam-turbine plant. 3 cl, 1 dwg
