FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: analyzed gas is divided in vortex tune into cold and hot flows which later are separated in second and third vortex tubes correspondingly. First thermal emf proportional to difference of temperatures of cold and hot flows of second vortex tube and second thermal emf proportional to difference of temperatures of hot flows of second and third vortex tubes are generated. At least one of these thermal emf is changed to reduce to minimum effect of temperature of starting analyzed gas on difference of these thermal emf, one parameter as minimum of electric circuit is measured and used to make judgment on humidity of analyzed gas. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity and precision of measurements. 5 dwg
