FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using pieces of skin of 0.009-0.012 mm3. The pieces of skin suspended in isotonic glucose solution are placed on the bottom of the wound. 12 pierces per 1 cm2 of wound area is distributed all over wound surface. 1-4 pieces of skin are injected into one of the pierces at a depth of 3-4 mm. The wound surface is enclosed in transparent capsule insulated from environment until complete epithelialization takes place. The capsule is repeatedly refilled with sterile physiological salt solution. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course; large surface covered without risk of necrosis to occur.
