FIELD: disinfection and decontamination of liquid (including those containing considerable amount of suspended matter) by means of ultra-violet radiation of bactericidal range; closed multi-lamp system. SUBSTANCE: device includes cylindrical housing whose one base is closed with cover. Mounted coaxially in housing is cylinder whose one base is hermetically connected with base of housing on which outlet hole is provided; base of cylinder is mounted in spaced relation to base of housing closed with cover. Ultraviolet lamps are mounted in protective cases in circular clearance of housing (between housing and hollow cylinder) over concentric circles, as well as inside cylinder in parallel with its generatrix. Inlet branch pipe is located tangentially relative to cylindrical surface of housing. Cover of cylindrical housing base is detachable in order to facilitate cleaning of device from suspended particles.
