FIELD: ecology; devices used for delivery and cleaning of liquids. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in delivery and discharge of water under action of radial and gravitational forces; water is supplied to opposite blades from injectors; blades are kept in coaxial relation of turbines equipment with rotation reverse system; kinematic opposite motion of divided water flows has discrete mature of changing shape of water particles. Discreteness of partial pressure of water depends on active area and pressure of oppositely through water flows, eccentricity of injector axes shift, angle of shape of jet being divided of upper and lower turbines located coaxially and misalignment of outlet holes relative to blades of each turbine.
