FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: strain of bacterium Bacillus subtilis 12B is isolated from zoocompost and shows high antagonistic activity with respect to veterinary strains of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and resistance to antibiotics. Strain is deposited in collection of microorganism pure cultures of VGNKI. Invention can be used for preparing preparation-probiotics used for treatment of suppurative- -inflammatory diseases and dyspepsias. EFFECT: strain indicated above, broadened spectrum of antagonistic activity and resistance to antibiotics. 6 tbl
