Probiotic based on the bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis VKPM V-12476 and the method of using a probiotic for the prevention of intestinal infections, mycotoxicosis and intestinal disorders in farm animals and poultry are proposed. Proposed strain is antibiotic-resistant and has bactericidal properties. Method of using the probiotic involves the introduction of a culture liquid of a strain of Bacillus subtilis bacteria VKPM V-12476 into a complete feed for farm animals and poultry in a ratio of 1±0.3 liters of culture fluid per 100 kg of feed or 1±0.5 liters of culture liquid per 100 kg of feed. Feed complete feed to animals and poultry during the entire period of keeping.
