FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing B. Subtilis 3H production strain on nutrient medium stimulating spore formation. Biomass is separated from the nutrient medium and concentrated by applying microfiltration method. The concentrate is mixed with stabilizing agents and calcium gluconate is added in the amount of 1.0-10.0 % by mass to give the biomass the required physical properties. The biomass is dried by applying cassette lyophilization. When required, the finished biomass is mixed with sorbent in 1:1 dry residue proportion. The liquid is separated by filtering and immobilized biomass granules by drying in vacuum until residual humidity reaches 8-10%. After being dried, the biomass is mixed with auxiliary substances in 2: 1-3: 1 proportion and tablets are produced. Calcium stearate, talc and/or starch and/or Aerosil, glucose, dry milk and/or cellulose. EFFECT: manifestation of therapeutic properties in upper regions of the gastroenteric tract. 4 cl
