FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-torque variable-speed drive has input shaft 2 and output shaft 3, coaxial cams 4 and 5 connected with input shaft 2, three-shaft differential gear, drive mechanisms 14 and 15 and gear ratio control handle 8. Each drive mechanism is provided with rocker arms 16 and 17, hold-down mechanism for pressing the rocker arms to cams 4 and 5 and overrunning clutches 25 for connection of rocker arms shafts with differential gear shafts. Rocker arms are mounted on rocker arm shafts for making them engageable with cams 4 and 5 in order to perform vibrations in anti-phase in one plane and motion in direction perpendicular to their axes. Planes of vibration of rocker arms of different drive mechanism are perpendicular. Shaft of carrier of differential gear forms common member with input shaft.
