SUBSTANCE: device has loops under tension embracing skeleton part of human locomotor apparatus, belt positioned in the vicinity of hip joint, means for attaching loops to propelling unit like flippers, two rocking shafts with adjustable damping springs fixable on the belt, yoke fixable on clavicles. The loops are connected to each other near the yoke by means of linking rope through rollers. Loop ends are fixed on the back portion of the yoke. Another version of the device has one loop under tension enveloping skeleton part of human locomotor apparatus, belt positioned in the vicinity of hip joint, means for attaching loops to propelling unit like flippers, two rocking shafts with adjustable damping springs fixable on the belt, yoke fixable on clavicles and bearing strip for legs to place provided with fixing member for fastening feet. The loop embraces the bearing strip, has bifurcation near rocking shaft ends for being fixed on yoke support members. The flipper member is mounted in perpendicular to the bearing strip.
