FIELD: flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: disperser has sorting chamber, horizontal rotor positioned in sorting chamber and provided with hubs, fraction collectors, branch pipes for supplying aeromixtures and discharge of tailings. Rotor hubs are provided with pickers arranged at 1-10 mm space above sieve, in offset relation to rotor longitudinal axis towards its drive end for an angle of 3-9 deg. Pickers are inclined toward offset side for an angle of 1-5 deg. Disperser of such construction may be used in other branches of industry. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
