FIELD: flour industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flour-grinding industry and can be used for sieving of tail fractions of tundish and grinding systems. Pneumatic centrifugal diffuser comprises a sorting chamber with a horizontal rotor with races fixed at an angle to its longitudinal axis, installed with a gap above the concave screen, sorting chamber cover with curvilinear inner surface, collectors of tail and throughs fractions, and nozzle for supply of air mixture. Surface of the concave screen is described by a variable radius, the greatest value of which at the point of contact of the screen with the surface of the cover and is equal to the radius of the inner surface of the cover of the sorting chamber. Air mixture supply pipe is connected with sorting chamber cover radially and is installed on its edge remote from tail fractions collector.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the diffuser and longer service life of the screen.
