SUBSTANCE: composition contains (mass%): refuse of gas scrubbing of metallurgical production - (30-34); refuse of silicon carbide production - (37-40); orgaic binder - (4-5); sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (1-2); water - the balance Heat of hot steel provides interaction of carbon and silicon carbide cont ained in waste products of silicon carbide production and being refractory filler with oxides of ferrum and manganese contained in refuse of gas scrubbing of metallurgical production.
