SUBSTANCE: non-stick dressing contains, wt %: regenerated product of abrasive manufacture 80.0-87.0; non-organic binding - molding refractory clay 5.0-6.0; organic binding - technological lignosulphonate (LST) 6.0-7.0; technological water - the rest. Regenerated product of abrasive manufacture contains, wt %: aluminium oxide Al2O3 63.0 - 68.0; silicon oxide SiO2 18.0 - 20.0; calcium oxide CaO 0.5 - 0.9; magnesium oxide MgO 0.6 - 0.8; ferric oxide (III) Fe2O3 3.0 - 6.0; titanium oxide (IV) TiO2 1.4 - 1.7; chromium oxide (III) Cr2O3 - the rest. It is used as refractory filling of regenerated product of abrasive manufacture.
EFFECT: upgraded sedimentation resistance as well as coating and penetration properties of dressing; also upgraded quality of mold surface.
