FIELD: fuel markers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrocarbon marking method accomplished with the aid of adding at least one first marking substance and at least one second marking substance, in condition that, when at least one first marking substance is removed, the second marking substance cannot be completely removed from hydrocarbons. Al least one second marking substance is a substance having optical absorption maximum below wavelength 500 nm and is selected from group including compounds of following formulae: (Ia),
(Ib), and
(Ic), where substituents/indexes have following meanings: u, v, and w represent numbers 1, 2. or 3; R1, R2, and R3 represent L, L-O-, L-O-C(O)-, R'2N-C(O)-, R'C(O)-, L-C(O)-NR-, (L-C(O)-)2N-, R'2N-C(O)-NR'-or CN; when u and w are more than 1 and v equals 3, then radicals R1 and R3, respectively, the same or different, are the same as R2; L represents C1-C20-alkyl wherein methylene groups can be substituted by oxygen atoms, provided that between such optional oxygen atoms and also between such optional oxygen atoms optionally linked to heteroatoms there are at least 2 carbon atoms, and/or wherein non-adjacent methylene groups can also be substituted by carbonyl groups, provided that between such optional carbonyl groups and between optional carbonyl groups optionally linked to L there is at least one methylidene or methylene group; R' represents hydrogen atom or L, provided that R' and L, if they are present more than once in radicals R1, R2, and/or R3, then they can be identical or can differ from each other; K represents C3-C5-alkylene, wherein methylene group can be substituted by oxygen atom and/or wherein up to two non-adjacent methylene groups can be substituted by carbonyl groups.
EFFECT: ensured marking when at least one marking substance is removed.
