FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of piperidine ketocarboxylic acid of the formula (I) where R1 is COR4 or SO2R4; R4 means alkenyl substituted with phenyl or pyridine; naphthyl, quinoxalinyl, quinolinyl, benzothiophenyl, dihydroxyphenyl or pyridyl substituted with acylamino-group; R2 is C1-C6-alkyl that can be substituted with phenyl or pyridyl; R3 is groups -OR6 or -NHR6 where R6 means hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl that can mean phenyl, pyridine or morpholinyl, to their tautomeric and isomeric forms and salts. Compounds of the formula (I) show inhibitory properties with respect to enzymes, in part, to cysteine proteases, for example, kalpain and can be used in medicine.
