FIELD: salvage industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has charging hopper, charging device, working chamber with electrodes, device for feeding prepared garbage into working chamber, reprocessed garbage accumulator and device for feeding water into working chamber. Lower part of charging hopper communicates with charging device, working chamber is made in form of ring tube, is placed in communication with reprocessed garbage accumulator and is provided with tangential garbage inlet and discharge chambers. EFFECT: effective reprocessing of garbage by destruction under action of discharges between electrodes. 3 cl, 1 dwg
