FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of wastes from synthetic materials with their contamination to be used for production of, for example, footwork plate, manhole covers. Proposed device comprises processing chamber, distributing-discharging device, and proceeds wastes transfer device. Processing chamber is made up of cylindrical smelting tank with cover fitted on mounting plate with central bore. Tank has spherical bottom with discharge pouring gate opening via bore in mounting plate and thermal appliances to act on wastes. Said appliances represent tubular electric heaters arranged between tank outer side surface and jacket. Tubular electric heaters are isolated from jacket by heat insulating materials and arranged in three groups along tank height. Discharge pouring gate is provided extra tubular electric heater at its top part and gate arranged at its bottom part under support plate. Processed waste transfer device represents trucks supporting molds for melted mass.
EFFECT: possibility to process wastes in-situ, in hospitals.
