FIELD: technical aspect of drying of buildings. SUBSTANCE: building members and/or stationary building structures located beyond the limits of buildings, foreign moisture appeared during construction or penetrated inside the building is removed by means of radiation of high-frequency energy. The design in accordance with the present invention provides for the fact that elements of resonator 4 are installed in the zone of the building structure to be dried, they fulfill the function of a radiator of wave oscillations, and the resonator elements are connected through waveguide 3 to magnetron 2, which fulfils the function of a producer of high-frequency electromagnetic waves, and then through such a device radiation of high-frequency energy occurs. The resonator elements may be movable or fixed. In accordance with other modifications of the present invention the elements of resonator 4 are built in building structure 1 during its manufacture and remain in it after drying is completed.
