FIELD: measurement technology; determination of relative position of axes or members of objects; mechanical engineering and constructed engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes radiation source, zone plate, optical system and recording unit. Optical system includes four flat semitransparent mirrors; each mirror is located in vertex of rectangle. Planes of first, second and fourth mirrors are parallel and third mirror is perpendicular relative to their planes. Mirrors are secured on platform ensuring their centering and orientation above points under test. Platforms of two mirrors hold pentagonal members whose mirrors form angles of 67.5 deg. with semitransparent mirror; platform of third semitransparent mirror holds two recorders. EFFECT: extended range of application due to simultaneous check of parallelism and perpendicularity of axes being checked; enhanced accuracy of measurement. 1 dwg
