SUBSTANCE: device has housing where the following components are arranged in succession: laser radiator, optical laser beam forming system, truncated cone with side mirror surface whose vertical axis is matched with laser beam axis; truncated cone is mounted in housing by base directed towards laser radiation source. Mounted in housing for radial and reciprocating motion relative to vertical axis of truncated cone is right- angle prism whose reflecting surfaces are directed to said cone; one of reflecting surfaces is located above vertical axis of truncated cone and second surface is located above side mirror surface.
