FIELD: heating equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper mounted for moving grain in it. At least one wall of hopper serves earthed electrode of high- frequency generator capacitor. Heating hopper is manufactured from metal and is formed as hollow cylinder. High- potential electrode of capacitor is made in the form of metal plate or metal rod. Electrode formed as metal plate is mounted in vertical position in the center of hopper, in parallel with its opposite walls, which serve earthed electrode for capacitor. Electrode formed as metal rod is positioned so that it coincides with axis of symmetry of hopper. Hopper cylindrical surface serves earthed electrode for capacitor. Such construction of apparatus provides fast and effective heating of grain to required temperature and convenient adjustment of high-frequency generator operating mode.
