FIELD: pseudopowder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves non-detachable joining of blanks with preliminarily set microstructure and/or properties over their aligned surfaces and solid phase mixing by deforming in several stages under temperature and speed conditions selected on the basis of predetermined microstructure and/or properties of semi-finished products and initial microstructure of blanks; in the process of deformation, changing direction of applying deforming load, and/or type of loading, and/or using loading including twisting with deformation extent at each stage providing changing of shape and/or spatial orientation of surfaces to be joined, and/or increasing joining area as compared to initial state or area obtained at previous stage. According to method, deformation is effected in three stages: first stage involves compressing blanks, second stage provides drawing for producing bar and third stage provides twisting deformation.
