FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture prepared from grated dried fruit, water, sugar, and roasted grated nut kernel is supplemented by ascorbic acid and lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella alpina. Resultant mixture is boiled out until content of solids below 88%, shaped in hot state, cooled in cellophane film to ambient temperature, and packaged under vacuum in sealed containers. EFFECT: imparted adapting property and prolonged shelf life.
