FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating mucoperiosteal flap, accessing tooth root apex and creating cavity in the tooth root. The tooth root cavity is built following the external wall along tooth canal projection including the area of the apical hole. The so formed cavity is filled with glass-ionomer cement with chemical removal. Bone tissue defect is filled with osteoplastic material on the hydroxyapatite base. EFFECT: reduced risk of complications; retained anatomic integrity of tooth. 2 dwg
