FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out trapezoid mucoperiosteal flap along dental gingival edge and then along the alveolar process to intermediate fold. After removing cystic envelope antigenic cement layer is removed from tooth root the so formed cavity is filled with hydroxyapatite. The mucoperiosteal flap is placed at its original place and sutured. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
