SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and is intended for filling top of root of tooth, protruding into cyst cavity. Mucous-periosteal flap is cut out from vestibular side of alveolar process. Cyst membrane is ablated. Remaining part of cyst and epithelium in area of tops of roots, protruding into cyst area, are ablated by means of electric coagulation in 2 sec pulse mode 3-5 times with output current 90-100 W. Sterilisation of cavity is carried out. Tops of tooth root are filled by their submerging into filling material "Pro-root", preliminarily placed in cone-like 4-5 mm deep hollow in fixing plate, made from osteoconductive material. Part of cyst defect of bone tissue, which was not filled, is filled with additional osteoconductive material Flap is laid onto the place with further fixation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform efficient filling of top of root of tooth, protruding into cyst cavity with early terms of wound healing without risk of development of inflammatory processes and recurrences due to sterilisation and removal of epithelium remains and by carrying out electric coagulation.
