FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing with perforated wall that separates the chamber of the displacer from the actuating chamber. The diaphragm separator is mounted inside the housing to define pump and actuating chambers. Inside the space for positive fluid is a safety valve. The pump is also provided with a differential spring- loaded make-up valve. One of the ends of the rod is provided with a valving member that forms slide, make-up, and shutoff chambers inside the housing. The other end of the rod is made up as a slide valve the cross-section area of which is equal to the area of the cross-section of the flow opening in the valving member. The surface of the perforated wall is conjugated with the shaped surface, which is under the surface of the perforated wall and closer to the chamber of the displacer, and forms a ring chamber together with the surface of the diaphragm at the end of the sucking stroke. The chamber of the displacer is in communication with the shutoff chamber of the make-up valve. The ring-shaped chamber is in communication with the slide chamber of the make-up valve. The make-up chamber of the valve is connected with a tank for storing fluid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 2 dwg
