FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, combustion of hydrocarbon fuels and devices for realization of these processes. SUBSTANCE: the device represents a combustion chamber having body 1, flame tube 2 with igniter 3. The flame tube consists of two separate tubes positioned in succession in the same axis; made at the end of first tube 4 is mixer 5 in the form of a scroll with injector 6 at the inlet and fuel-injection nozzle 7 inside the injector. Shell 8 is mounted above tube 4 forming annular duct 9 for passage of air to second tube 10, and wall 11 with ducts 12 equipositioned in circumference is positioned at the end of the duct in the plane of the outlet section of the first tube. EFFECT: reduced level of toxic gases, such as nitrogen oxides NOx(NO,NO2,N2O), carbon monoxide (CO) in the combustion products, enhanced ecology of exhaust in the absence of smoking, expanded range of use of hydrocarbon fuels towards heavy hydrocarbons, for instance, diesel fuel burning them up with a high completeness due to organization and optimization of two-zone combustion, effective preparation of fuel-air mixture and provision of a reliable start in the presence of a low-pressure source of cold air, reduced temperature load on the device construction. 7 cl, 6 dwg
