FIELD: special equipment, applicable for deactivation of dangerously explosive objects. SUBSTANCE: the device suppresses the high-explosive and thermal actions, it has a container of elastic material filled with an incombustible mixture, antifragmentation shield made in the form of a "skirt" of material based on high-modulus fibers. Attached in the lower section of the shield is an additional load in the form of a toroidal chamber filled with incombustible liquid. The above load prevents penetration of the blast wave of fragments between the device for localization of actions of explosive mechanisms and the bearing surface. A cavity is made in the lower section of the container to accommodate the suspicious object and separate it from the surrounding space. The invention does not require any displacement of the dangerously explosive object or any other actions on it, which enhance the probability of explosion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of protection of people and structures against high-explosive, thermal and fragmentation action at actuation of explosive devices. 2 cl, 1 dwg
