SUBSTANCE: device has a vessel with an envelope made of elastic material, filled with noncombustible liquid with formation of a cavity in the lower part, handle for setting, anti-fragmentation screen. In addition, there is a screen preventing initiation of the remote radio fuse, which at destruction does not produce destructive components.
