FIELD: furniture production. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting blanks from veneer sheets; laying blanks in close proximity one to another so that their fibers extended in longitudinal direction; gluing blanks under pressure; cutting produced panel by size and gagging by thickness of blanks; performing form milling and edge and surface trimming. According to another version of embodiment, faceplate is glued to panel upon gluing of blanks. Prior to blank gluing, veneer sheets are subjected to gage drying till moisture content reaches 8% plus and minus 1%. Blanks produced from veneer sheets are glued under pressure of 0.2-30 kg/sq.cm. Method is used for manufacture of furniture parts of intricate shape, such as doors, flaps, decorative faceplates, planks and other front parts, from valuable woods.
