SUBSTANCE: method of production of a multilayer article comprises pretreatment of the article base, the subsequent formation of the bend profile at the front end surface of the base, feeding the base to the roller glue spreading machine, feeding for the joint laying the base and the upper layer. And the upper layer is laid on the base with the overhang on the side with the formed profile of the bend. At the same time the lower layer is fed to the lower surface of the base. Then the base coated with the upper and the lower layers is fed to the hydraulic hot press, after which the article is moved to the post-forming line where the seat is first formed for gluing to the base of the lower plank and the groove of the drip tray on the plank. Then, on the plank a profile of the lower bend is formed with the simultaneous application on the rear end surface of the base of the melamine edge. Using the glue application roller and at least one glue application nozzle the application is performed on the previously formed overhang of the upper layer of the PVA of medium viscosity of dispersion, followed by heating of the upper layer with a glue applied to it, at least in one zone and pressed by the roller assembly of the said overhang to the bend profile of the base and the lower plank. Then, on the inner ends of the lower plank and the groove of the drip tray the reactive hot melt adhesive is applied, based on polyurethane.
EFFECT: increase in strength, reliability and durability when using the multilayer article.
