FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out fragment from hairy part of the head. Cosmetic suture is put-in over the so produced defect. The cut-out fragment is divided into grafts. The grafts have 1 to 2 or 3 to 5 hair follicles. Micro- incisions are made on the head part grown bald. Implants are transplanted into the micro-incisions. The grafts having 1 to 2 hair follicles are arranged along the boundary of the created hair zone. The grafts having 3 to 5 hair follicles are implanted in the rest part of the hair cover.
