FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, and can be used for hair transplantation. Method includes sampling hairs with follicle, placing hairs in physiological solution at temperature from 0 to 4 °C. Follicles are laid on a wooden spatula coated with normal saline; the blunt side of the surgical knife is used for mechanical cleaning of the follicle with preserving 0.5 mm of the surrounding natural medium. After which the area where the hairs will be implanted is disinfected and anaesthetised. Then the hairs are grafted at depth of 3-5 mm, making the holes with a needle and observing the angle and arrangement of the hair grafting.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries and length of rehabilitation, as well as improving the aesthetic effect ensured by avoiding the exposure of the natural medium surrounding the hair and follicle in the hair transplantation.
