FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to aesthetic medicine and can be used for treating non-scarring alopecia. Method for treating alopecia areata, consisting in the fact that cell material is pre-produced in form of autologous cells of hair follicle, for this purpose, hair is removed from a scalp of an adult donor and placed in a Hanks solution with an antibiotic and antimycotic, hair is taken in an anagen stage, and hair follicles are cut off from them, which are washed with Hanks solution with addition of antibiotic and antimycotics and transferred into collagenase of I type, where they are incubated, and transferred into culture flasks, and after 21 days, the cell material is dissociated from spheroids formed in culture flasks, obtaining finally cell material in the form of autologous cells of the hair follicle, and obtaining a cell material in the form of mesenchymal human placenta stromal cells and a cellular material in the form of umbilical vein endotheliocytes, after which each type of cell material is transferred into the suspension using a trypsin solution with versene, material is washed with physiological solution with subsequent transfer in a sterile medium into a vacuum test tube, then cell material of three obtained species, obtained under certain conditions, mixed, transferred into a test tube and stored, under certain conditions, for subsequent introduction through a needle into the mesodermal layer of skin in the form of papules with size of 2 to 4 mm with an inclination angle of needle in 45°.

EFFECT: method described above widens the range of methods for treating non-scarring alopecia.
