FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, and in particular to a method for the treatment of non-scar alopecia. Method for the treatment of non-scar alopecia includes the introduction of a cell material in an alopecia zone into the mesodermal layer obtained by pulling hair from the scalp of an adult donor, placed in Hanks solution with an antibiotic and an antimycotic, select hair in the anagen stage and cut off hair follicles from them, wash with Hanks solution with antibiotic and antimycotic and transferred to collagenase solution, incubate and transferred to collagen-coated vials containing DMEM:F12 and fetal calf serum in a solution of gentamicin, streptomycin and glutamine, after 21 days, dissociate the cellular material, transfer into suspension using trypsin solution with versen, wash the cellular material with saline solution by centrifugation, transfer in a sterile environment in a vacuum tube, injecte into the mesothermal layer of the skin at a certain angle of the needle.
EFFECT: method described above is an effective, prolonged regenerative method for the treatment of non-scar alopecia.
