FIELD: medicine, roentgenology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of N, N'-bis-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-5-N-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)acetamidol-2,4,6- triiodoisophthal-amide or N, N-di-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,4,6-triiodo-5-methoxy-acetylamino-N-methylisophthalamide, or 3,5-diacetylamino-2,4,6-triiodobenzoic acid as a roentgeno-ray contrast substance for lymphoroentgenography. Water-soluble roentgeno-ray contrast substance taken among the above indicated preparations is administrated in testicle parenchyma by puncture method followed by roentgenoscopic control and preparing roentgeno-grams in the process of study.
