FIELD: medicine, proctology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform dearteriolyzation of internal hemorrhoids. Moreover, occlusion should be fulfilled endovascularly superselectively due to introducing nonlyzing roentgenocontrast emboli - metal spirals into area of the mouths of distal branches of the upper rectal artery. Moreover, for vascular contrasting it is necessary to nonionic contrast substances. The innovation suggested enables to exclude post-embolization acute rectal ischemia.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
