FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to semipermeable membranes for separation processes, in particular for treating polluted fluids. Membrane is constituted by isotropic coarse-pore ceramics or metal ceramics functioning as support with thickness 0.5 to 10 mm and pore size from 2 to 50 mcm. Pores in one of the surface layers of membrane are filled to the depth of 3 to 30 mcm with microporous (pore size 0.01 to 2 mcm) titanium dioxide ceramics so that ratio of average pore size of microporous ceramics to that of support ranges from 1:10 to 1:1000. EFFECT: enabled manufacturing high-strength membrane with high porosity of both support and selective elements providing high productivity and possibility to be subjected to numerous chemical and/or mechanical cleanings. 4 cl, 1 tbl
