FIELD: medical-destination polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric bandage materials used in surgery for healing wounds, burns, and different-severity skin injuries. Film may be utilized for manufacturing atraumatic bandages for damaged skin possessing high gas and vapor permeability, good biocompatibility, elasticity, and transparence. Film is made from biocompatible polymers and consists of internal layer 30-100 mcm thick based on biodegradable copolyester and two external layers 5-30 mcm thick made from biosoluble polymer. Internal layer has asymmetric structure, which is nonporous, continuous and, on the other hand, has pores and long channels on its surface. Pores of internal biodegradable layer are filled with polymeric material of external biosoluble layer to a depth of 3 to 30 mcm. In its internal biodegradable layer, film can contain a variety of therapeutic agents: analgetics, antibiotics, aseptics.
